The Cincinnati Enquirer did a decent job this week highlighting the wasteful uses of the $750,000 that Duke Energy gave Cincinnati to "buy" their assent to the Convergys/Duke Energy merger, and the move of the company's HQ to Charlotte.
It was yet another opportunity squandered by Mayor Mark Mallory and Vicce Mayor Roxanne Qualls.
