Late yesterday, Judge Bob Winkler followed the mandate issued by the Court of Appeals and lifted the injunction he bravely placed against the Parking Plot.
COAST will forever be grateful for his intellectual precision and strength of character in standing with petitioners to allow a vote on the Parking Plot. It has been an amazing chapter in City and legal history what will not soon be forgotten.
