Seems to us that they give far more credibility to a Democrat takeover than really exists, but even their assessment is "not much." Read it here.
COAST might suggest to Speaker John Boehner if he would (i) clean up the ethics messes in his caucus, and establish a high standard for professional behavior and (ii) stand firm on taxes and debt, the GOP would stand a better chance of prevailing long term.
Unfortunately for the GOP and Speaker Boehner, the seeds of the destruction of the GOP majority, identical to the seeds planted in 1994, have already been planted, and are fast taking root.
