If they want to make this a unanimous vote, they could easily buy off MS. Vicky Zwissler by adding another $30,000 to build a statue of Jean Schmidt.
All of the Wyoming Councilmen support squandering taxpayer resources when it benefits them or their friends. MS. Zwissler did it with the $3.4 million swimming pool to benefit her kids, and the rest of them are doing it now for their friend who is due to receive this free property.
