Tuesday: COASTers to sue City again over Parking Plot

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?  Hell no.

And the Parking Plot is not over yet.  Not until COAST says it is.

Despite the conspiracy of Roxanne Qualls and the sycophantic Council, the Port members greedy to grab $27 million of the booty, and rapacious New York Bankers and their attorneys anxious to ink the deal, the lease has been changed and needs another Council vote to bind the people of Cincinnati.  And five Council members have announced that they are opposed to the deal (we will see on that one!).

So, on Tuesday, we sue to vindicate this public right.

We have at least one more chance to un-do this terrible deal for Cincinnati taxpayers.
