Cincinnati's Charter Committee today announced that they have endorsed Amy Murray for Council. We cannot be more excited at the news.
On its website the Charter Committee lists their values: Independence; Good Government; an Informed Electorate; and Pride in Cincinnati.
Amy Murray and her campaign reflect these values perfectly.
Here is Amy Murray's statement:
"I am honored and humbled to be endorsed by the Charter Committee. For nearly a century, the Charter Committee has helped lead the fight for good governance of our great City. Their principles are among my most core values: accountability, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. I am proud to have been endorsed by this esteemed organization and will work hard to fight for these values and principles at City Hall."
