I am not a streetcar supportor but I feel this is rude. This isn't a time to celebrate, no matter what happens. Our city is divided and if the streetcar is cancelled a lot of money will have been wasted, a lot of jobs lost and a lot of people will be crushed. No idea why you're so excited for this.
Seems like the dirge is premature. Here we go again - Winburn, Smitherman, and Murray now a firm MINORITY - with the mayor ready to cave to a project that was never a good idea.
The newly elected Councilperson are useless, cowardly pukes. Anton
It is a beautiful song...maybe they'll play it on the trains when it's completed! Good suggestion.

BOGUS - Cranley hides behind the decision of the 6 incl. Mann his vice-mayor. What a joke. His Vice-Mayor goes against the mayor's platform? I don't believe it. I think Cranley was ok to go ahead w/the SC and the 6 gave him cover.
