Another day of breathtaking irresponsibility at Council

You'd think that less than two business days after the Shock and Awe turn-in of nearly 20,000 signatures on the parking plot petitions, Council would be on its best behavior.

But just today they engaged in a two-fer of incumbent hubris of both repealing the City's ban on double-dipping and hiring the third taxpayer-funded Streetcar manager for the snake-bitten project at a cost of $180,000 per year.

We have lots more coming on the hiring of the Streetcar manager -- the story is incredible, but this is a preview of what's to come from the gand of six at City Hall -- breath-taking irresponsibility.
