A few days ago on this blog COAST posted a twitter conversation between Chris Seelbach and one of his supporters in which an opponent of the proposed Streetcar Tax was referred to as a "douche."
Well, today we read that retiring Democrat Congressman Gary Ackerman, obviously concerned with the rightward tilt of the House, comments, among other things, that "I think the people have gotten dumber." Read it here.
So, if you want to know how those "oh so much smarter than us" feel about fiscal restraint, keeping us from getting further in debt, and actually setting priorities with our spending, we are dumb, indeed "dumber" than these wise ones who have run the USA and world into the ground.
