Throughout the last week, Laure Quinlivan clumsily disguised herself as a hero to Cincinnati taxpayers. We didn't expect the new Quinlivan would last long, but we certainly hoped it would at least make it through June.
Not surprisingly, she stabbed Cincinnati in the back with her vote to increase taxes.
