This week: The battle at City Hall is joined

COAST does not seek out battles, but we do not shy from a fight either.

And on Friday, City Manager Milton Dohoney took an act that calls for all brave citizens of the City of Cincinnati to band together, to act,  to stop the first in a series of massive tax increases to fund the voracious appetite of the democrat machine for cash.

He announced a $40+ million budget deficit, bridged in part with the elimination of the City's property tax rollback, an increase from what we believe now of the City's property tax rate of some 20%.

You will hear more in the coming days about battle plans, but for now, keep your powder dry, and man your battle stations.

The battle has been joined!

  1. I am happy to pay higher taxes to ensure that our YP all-white streetcar continues as planned. And because I would not dare to publicly disagree with Sir Mr. Mayor Mallory.

I also support higher property taxes at the county level for those beautiful stadiums. The stadiums brought economic development, just like our YP streetcar will.
