There is high drama at City Hall today. As reported below, Pamula Thomas has signed on as the sixth Council member to favor repeal of the Parking Plot ordinance.
And this morning, the First District Court of Appeals denied Plaintiff's request that the injunction stay in place pending an appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. That document is below.
Thus, soon Judge Winkler will lift his injunction and the City will proceed to sign the pernicious lease of the City's parking assets for 30 years.
Sad.
