Chamber finally weighs in on Responsible Bidder Ordinance

You can't find it on their web site, but the Chamber of Commerce last week finally wrote to members of Cincinnati City Council in opposition to the entirely irresponsible Responsible Bidder Ordinance that will cause MSD contracting costs to skyrocket.

The Responsible Bidder Ordinance was cooked up by Chris Seelbach in conjunction with Rob Richardson of Laborers Local 265.

But, tt's so bad, even some unions are opposing it.
