Now, Newsbusters and Tom Blumer have coverage of the decision tossing from Court the Steve Driehaus defamation case against the Susan B. Anthony List. That piece is here.
We note that the piece hits the Cincinnati Enquirer and national media for not covering the story (yet), but the decision was released only late on Friday.
Also, neither the COAST blog piece on this important decision nor the Newbuster piece really recognize the courage and intellectual integrity of Judge Black for his willingness to acknowledge his prior error in refusing to grant an earlier Motion for Summary Judgment, and even bolder, clearly acknowledging in his decision his prior error.
It takes a pretty big man to do that.
