Today Curt Hartman, the attorney for the citizens opposed to the parking plot, filed an appeal with the Ohio Supreme Court seeking to reverse the Court of Appeals' ruling that the Parking Plot is immune to referendum. Read the filing below.
This is no doubt an uphill battle, but one that is worth fighting for. Indeed it may be the last chance to save our city from the likes of Xerox Corp and their jacked up rates and aggressive enforcement.
